Cloud Security Operations Director

Our organization seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Operations Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our security operations strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Direct a team of security specialists to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud-based systems and data.
- Develop and drive the security operations strategy, policies, and best practices.
- Integrate security into the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Candidates will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to design and deploy security solutions that meet high standards of performance and compliance. They will oversee AWS infrastructure, services, and applications, conducting regular security assessments and audits, identifying and mitigating risks.
Key Qualifications- At least 8 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud security, including security architecture, threat detection, incident response, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
