Job Title: Cyber Security Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Cyber Security Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our cyber education team to develop and execute strategic security awareness initiatives aimed at improving cyber security culture and behavioural practices within the Group.
As a Cyber Security Professional, you will be responsible for supporting existing group-wide initiatives to enhance their continuous improvement utilising automation and AI where applicable. You will also be involved in the development and execution of role and team-based training at both CBA and Bankwest.
You will analyse results to ascertain impact and make improvements, uplift phishing simulation program for Bankwest and CBA, including managing and reporting to internal stakeholders. You will work with technical and non-technical team members to create, publish, and promote security awareness content to be shared with staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute group-wide strategic security awareness initiatives aimed at improving cyber security culture and behavioural practices within the Group.

Requirements:
