**Key Role in Grounds and Gardens Management**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our grounds and gardens teams, ensuring the upkeep of estates and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Providing supervision of grounds and garden maintenance teams
  • Supervising inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of site grounds and gardens
  • Ensuring work delivered aligns with gardens and grounds requirements
  • Using grounds and gardens delivery and inspection plans

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**

- Certificate III/IV in Horticulture or Diploma in Landscape Management (desirable)

- Grounds maintenance experience

- Horticulture expertise

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory)

- Current open driver's licence
