Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional who can lead a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Regional Managers to ensure effective store operations
  • Represent the store in network initiatives and support mentoring and guidance opportunities
  • Train, mentor, and coach Team Members for succession planning
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior management experience in retail or customer service with a proven track record of leading, motivating, and building sales and service teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, proactive outlook, and sound knowledge of retail requirements such as POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation
  • Demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture, and genuine passion for our products and business values
