About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Fabricator to join our industry-leading Trend Ormeau facility. As a key member of our production workforce, you will focus on driving quality improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of quality in all production processes
- Meet delivery schedules in line with customer requirements
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to our Zero Harm policy
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
About You
We are looking for an experienced window manufacturing professional with a strong understanding of fabrication reports, Lean Manufacturing principles, and WHS protocols. You will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with stakeholders, and a strong eye for detail to ensure quality control.
