About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Fabricator to join our industry-leading Trend Ormeau facility. As a key member of our production workforce, you will focus on driving quality improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of fabrication
  • Meet delivery schedules in line with customer requirements
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to our Zero Harm policy
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, providing operational advice as needed
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in window manufacturing, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across various stakeholder groups. Essential qualifications include:

  • Understanding of fabrication reports
  • Previous experience within a windows manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Strong attention to detail for quality control
  • WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm
