Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our infrastructure projects in regional communities across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving project objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with site staff, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in civil construction or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Solid understanding of civil construction projects, including roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and pavement.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
