Job Title: Warehouse Operator - Mail Processing

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operator to join their team in Wetherill Park, NSW. The successful candidate will operate mail processing equipment and perform manual handling tasks.

About the Role:

  • Operate mail processing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe processing of mail.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy loads.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on mail processing equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common equipment issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for self and colleagues.

About You:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on warehouse operations.
  • Experience in the mailing industry is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks, lifting up to 25kg regularly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Solid numerical skills, with basic math calculations and data entry.
  • Own transport is essential, with a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to attendance and meeting deadlines.
