Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Empowerment and Employment Specialist. This is an on-site position that requires the ability to work collaboratively with clients, employers, and internal stakeholders to promote human potential through creative problem-solving and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment through tailored support and solutions.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO SOURCE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes.
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements.
  • PROMOTE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AT EVERY STAGE OF THE PROCESS.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
  • The ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • A desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
