Lead a Dynamic Bar Team

We are seeking an accomplished Bar Manager to spearhead our newest venue, inspired by the vibrant flavors of South America.

This exciting opportunity allows you to make your mark on a new venue and shape its future. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing venue operations.

  • Lead and Develop the Bar and Floor Team
  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences
  • Oversee Venue Operations
  • Support Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Leadership Experience in a Cocktail Bar or Similar Setting
  • Experience in Opening New Venues (Essential)
  • Strong Operational Skills Including Compliance, Rostering, and Stock Management
  • Genuine Passion for Cocktails, Tequila, and Delivering Excellent Guest Experiences
