Job Title: Work CoordinatorJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Work Coordinator to join our team.About the Role:Our team is responsible for managing and coordinating work orders to ensure timely completion and quality results. We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively plan, coordinate and allocate resources to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate and drive field staff to ensure all work orders are handled efficiently
  • Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems
  • Conduct regular outbound calls to customers and other parties to discuss project details and timelines
  • Identify and consolidate data from clients to plan and allocate work orders
  • Maintain accurate records of field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
  • Evaluate and report on performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Ensure all work performed adheres to contractual quality and safety requirements
  • Perform additional duties as requested by Team Leader/Manager to support the achievement of business goals
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in work order management & scheduling
  • Knowledge of the utilities industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
