Job Title: Deputy Head of Junior School - Wellbeing and Administration

The role involves supporting the Head of Junior School in administration tasks and providing pastoral care to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Positive Psychology principles into student wellbeing initiatives
  • Implement and develop Positive Education curriculum and wellbeing initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks in the Junior School
  • Develop positive relationships with teachers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Education and registration with NESA
  • Postgraduate qualification in Wellbeing, Positive Education or similar field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team
