Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Sports and Education Department: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sports and education team to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Design and implement sports and education programs that meet the needs of students and align with the college's mission and values.
  • Recruit and Manage Staff: Recruit, manage, and develop a team of sports and education staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with teachers, staff, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality sports and education programs.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Programs: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports and education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a teaching qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in sports and education.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
