Nurse - Clinical Support & Development

The role of a Clinical Support and Development Nurse is critical in fostering the growth and development of nursing professionals and enhancing the quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Monitoring ward performance in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Leading the development of preceptors and providing guidance on orientation and training for new team members and graduate nurses
- Identifying the professional development needs of the nursing team and designing tailored learning pathways in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager and Nursing Education department
- Promoting evidence-based practice and clinical excellence through education, mentorship, and role modeling
- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to nursing staff
This position requires a strong clinical background in subacute, geriatric, or dementia care nursing, as well as a passion for leadership, quality improvement, education, and mentoring.
