City Venue Services Technician

The City of Sydney is a vibrant and diverse organisation that prides itself on its commitment to delivering exceptional service to the community. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Management professional to join our dynamic team as a casual Duty Technician.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of technical services for events in the Sydney Town Hall, including concerts, performances, and other live entertainment events. You will also be responsible for supervising and directing a casual workforce and contractors to deliver expert technical services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant industry experience (minimum 3 years or more) in a supervisory or senior position in Technical Services or Production for events, theatre, concerts, performance or live entertainment. You will also need to have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer requests, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work collaboratively with our passionate and welcoming team to create a future for all.
