Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the delivery of fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience working with contractors (Healthcare sector experience is advantageous).
  • Natural leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent.
