Job Role: Project Lead

As a seasoned project lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large and complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing project risks, contract obligations, work health and safety, environmental compliance, and quality through thorough planning, regular reviews, and corrective actions.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, foster cooperation and trust with clients and subcontractors, and communicate professionally to achieve project goals.

  • Analyse costs, forecast expenditures, coordinate subcontractor performance, and utilise programming software to monitor progress and address issues proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree level qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' project management experience in Construction or Water industry projects with a proven record delivering safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing the engineering and design facets of complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across varied asset classes.
  • Strong understanding of commercial arrangements, procurement, financial management, design, and contracts management to achieve value-for-money engineering outcomes.
  • Well-developed leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and driving successful collaboration.
  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
