Operations Manager - Site Services

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation. As an Operations Manager - Site Services, you will be responsible for managing our site maintenance teams at customer locations across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our site services operations to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services to customers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our site maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OHS&E requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in a related industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing technical and trade-qualified teams.
