We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This role is crucial in steering and executing a range of projects within Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT), ensuring they align with organisational goals, are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Project Management: Execute multiple projects and strategic initiatives in parallel, aligning with organisational objectives.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Act as a driving force for digital transformation, advocating for the integration of innovative digital solutions and practices.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Change and Risk Oversight: Proactively manage risks and changes to minimise disruption to project scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Quality and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Selection criteria:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status essential (We do not offer sponsorship for this position).
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar including Professional certs including PMBOK, PMP, Prince2 etc.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing medium to large scale transformation initiatives, preferably in complex healthcare organisations although not essential.
  • Experience working in a standalone style of Project Manager role within a small team, comfortable rolling your sleeves up and being hands-on.
  • Previous Business Analysis experience highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience to Executive leadership level.
