**Role Overview**

This role is designed to support the development of young children in a playgroup setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with families and a strong understanding of child development principles.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a dedicated team at the Cabramatta Multicultural Family Centre to deliver high-quality programs for children and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing engaging activities for children and families.
- Facilitating group sessions and providing support as needed.
- Collaborating with parents and caregivers to promote positive outcomes for children.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of experience working with young children.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
