About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
