About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Director to join our Capital Equipment Group at Iris Software. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice and insights to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Specialise in plant and equipment valuation services, providing comprehensive asset valuations and strategic advice to clients in capital-intensive industries.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to deliver accurate and reliable valuation reports.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of success in plant and equipment valuation, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
