Visual Merchandising and In-Store Experience Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Visual Merchandising and In-Store Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, visual merchandising principles, and in-store marketing strategies.

The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy to drive consumer in-store spend. This includes leading the operation and performance of Afterpay's visual merchandising function, strategically developing and implementing commercial programs, and working with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a visual merchandising strategy to drive consumer in-store spend
  • Lead the operation and performance of Afterpay's visual merchandising function
  • Strategically develop and implement commercial programs to drive VM adoption
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities and develop plans to increase adoption of VM assets
  • Develop and own a robust measurement framework to assess ROI and track key performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management role, ideally with exposure to retail or visual merchandising
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and in-store marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
