Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill this maintenance role.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working order
  • Maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Leading carpentry, painting, and handyman tasks
  • Conducting inspections and prioritizing safety-related repairs

In addition to regular maintenance duties, you will be required to perform repairs and maintenance on buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems as needed. This includes conducting walk-throughs of park facilities to identify areas requiring attention. A key requirement of this role is flexibility, including working weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

A successful candidate will have experience in trade-based industries and enjoy working outdoors. You must also be physically fit and able to lift, bend, and walk for extended periods.
