Nido Early School Wembley is seeking a part time (25 hours per week) Family Advocate who is an expert in making the ordinary exceptional. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

This critical role provides administration and leadership support within the service, ensuring the service provides exceptional customer services and a warm Nido welcome to all families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills, in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

  • Stunning double story 63 place service close to the bus stop for easy commute to work
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 4 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas
  • Short drive to the Herdsman market for convenient lunch breaks
  • Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous front desk administration experience
  • Be confident in communicating with families both face to face and over the phone
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Be confident in completing centre tours with potential new families
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
