Job Title: Principal Applications Developer

This is a senior level role that involves leading and facilitating the development of complex applications to meet business requirements. As a Principal Applications Developer, you will be responsible for managing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining QRA's applications to ensure they meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in application development, project management, and technical leadership. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop complex applications to meet business requirements
  • Lead and facilitate project management activities, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including design documents, quality plans, and processes
  • Engage with clients to clarify business requirements and develop options for resolution
  • Analyze current on-premise Dynamics 365 instances to identify reengineering or redevelopment needs
  • Redevelop Dynamics 365 workflows and integrations to align with cloud architecture best practices
  • Refactor existing .NET-based APIs for compatibility with Dynamics 365 cloud
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Provide technical advice to management on application opportunities and improvements

  • Technical expertise in Dynamics 365, .NET, and cloud architecture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
