About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality education and care to children in their assigned room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team, enhancing the overall learning experience for young minds.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a secure environment for children, families, and team members, adhering to national quality standards.
  • To build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement, driving excellence in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Acecqa approved early childhood qualification (or equivalent)
  • Current Queensland working with children check
  • Willingness to travel between local services
  • Flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6:00am–6:45pm
