Your Impact:As a Senior Educator, you will collaborate with your team to observe, inform, and improve our educational programs, prioritizing safety and inclusivity for all children.

What You'll Need:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm for leading engaging classrooms
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and families
  • Support for reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe environment
