We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Perth.
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis activities on projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- You will mentor and guide junior business analysts, assign tasks, reviewing work and fostering team collaborations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide expertise during the implementation of new systems, ensuring they align with business processes and objectives.
About the Role
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, identifying pain points, opportunities for improvement, and aligning business needs with system requirements.
- Assess business needs by conducting detailed analysis of business operations.
- Develop and evaluate potential solutions to address business needs, including feasibility assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and project scope definition.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and end-users.
- Support the transition to new systems or processes by providing training and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Familiarity with requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and business analysis document development using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
