Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Inspector to complete checks on our new home builds. Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing Quality Assurance Checks as per standard procedures and processes;
- Ensuring Quality Assurance Checks are completed within specified timeframes;
- Working with management to ensure appropriate systems, processes, and procedures are researched, developed, and implemented to address and improve quality issues that contribute to business performance;
- Ensuring customer service strategies deliver exemplary customer experience;
- Promoting and observing Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures; and
- Ensuring customers are treated with respect and their queries/concerns are addressed with urgency.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:
- Broad knowledge and substantial experience in the residential building/construction industry;
- A trades qualification - licensed carpenters are highly desirable;
- Thorough exposure to process improvement along with solid practical experience in working with quality programs;
- Formal and structured problem-solving abilities.
