We are seeking a dedicated Quality Advisor to join our team, who will be responsible for conducting internal audits using a risk-based approach and ensuring compliance with NDIS and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in risk and quality management within NDIS, disability, or community services, and strong auditing and compliance knowledge with an eye for detail.
Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery and best practices.
- Monitor and mitigate risks, leading improvement activities and practice forums.
- Develop and review support plans, evacuation procedures, and risk assessments.
- Analyse data trends to enhance service quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- A tertiary education in allied health, social work, nursing, or business.
- Experience in risk and quality management within NDIS, disability, or community services.
- Strong auditing and compliance knowledge with an eye for detail.
- Data-driven thinking skills.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
