Physiotherapy Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapy Care Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to elderly patients across various facilities in Queensland, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with diverse needs and conditions, utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and requirements.
  3. Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  4. Conduct home visits to provide support and assistance to patients in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Requirements:
  1. Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits.
  3. Desirable but not essential: experience in aged care, allowing you to leverage your expertise and make a significant impact.
  4. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
