About the Role:
- This position supports the delivery of high-quality services to children, families, and stakeholders.
- The Case Support Worker will follow established guidelines and implement processes related to records management, finance, and other administrative policies and procedures.
- Key responsibilities include providing culturally appropriate support, consulting with relevant stakeholders, and participating in a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accessible and clear case records is crucial for effective service delivery.
- The successful candidate will also develop and maintain knowledge relevant to the role through active participation in learning and development processes.
Requirements:
- This position is an occupational requirement for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
- A referee who is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person must attest to the applicant's background, knowledge, skills, and experience as they relate to the position requirements.
