The Role
  • Assist with meal preparation, presentation, and serving to residents with varying dietary needs and preferences.
  • Support residents to make informed choices about their meals and snacks.
  • Provide social and emotional support during mealtimes, promoting resident choice and control.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain dining areas to meet individual resident needs and preferences.
  • Engage with residents to provide empathy and kindness during mealtimes.
  • Maintain accurate nutrition and diet information as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and a compassionate attitude.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
