In this role, you'll have the autonomy to deliver exceptional customer service, exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals.
You'll also be responsible for keeping up with constant change, supporting our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
As a key member of our team, you'll be the face of the branch and customer service, providing personalized support to our customers while ensuring risk considerations are always at the forefront.
This is a permanent, part-time position located in Warburton, with a roster of 70 hours per fortnight. You'll work Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to suit your needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
