The Position: Compounding Assistant/Technician

Expression of Interest: Compounding Assistant/Technician

We are seeking expressions of interest for multiple positions within our compounding team. We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistants and Technicians to work collaboratively and support the aseptic production process.

Main Responsibilities:

- Retrieving and preparing raw materials - Aseptically mixing sterile solutions - Packaging finished units for each order including final inspection of products - Labelling and dispatching of prepared products - Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures - Contributing to a full inclusion and diversity culture

Essential skills & qualifications:

- Enjoy work that requires attention to detail - Be comfortable working within a cleanroom environment for most of your working day - Demonstrate high productivity - Show a good understanding of basic mathematics - Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Be flexible across shifts - Experience in pharmacy, manufacturing or warehousing would be advantageous - Tasks involve manual repetitive handling and dexterity - Previous manual compounding experience highly regarded
