About the Role

As a Contracts Administrator, you will assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of projects to achieve project financial targets, in accordance with The Adco Way.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the production of documents and plans that govern project delivery
  • Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
  • Review and approve subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Ensure subcontract and supply agreements align with project and company contractual and legal requirements
  • Administer project management, change, and control processes in compliance with project plans, contractual, and legal conditions, time bars, and administrative timeframes
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of Jobpac in administering the project
About You

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Solid experience working on large commercial/residential new builds
  • Understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
  • A working knowledge of major building trades
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong experience in tender processes and trade procurement
  • Financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs
