About the Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to work with complex building automation systems and equipment in a high-performing team. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, you will be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of equipment to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Service and maintenance of installed equipment on existing sites to guarantee ongoing reliability and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions, as well as building mechanical services.
- Strong skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration.
- Previous experience with BMS/DDC software engineering is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship.
- Commercial HVAC operational experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for success in this role.
- A strong understanding of chiller/boiler and airside plant performance and design requirements is necessary.
- Passion for front-line safety identification and resolution is vital.
- An electrical license or restricted electrical license is mandatory.
