As a Contract Staff Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing your own Temp/Contract department within our Recruitment business. You'll need to have some experience in recruitment or hospitality, but don't worry if you've been looking for a better work/life balance - this could be the perfect role for you.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Rostering and managing a large team of contract staff
- Timesheet administration and database management
- Assisting with team events and internal incentive programs
- Calling clients on a weekly basis
- Business development calls
- Working toward daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly personal and team KPI's
