We are currently seeking a General Administrative Staff member to join our team at Alpine Resorts Victoria.

About the Role

This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing general administrative support across the resort and ensuring seamless delivery of services to our guests.

Responsibilities will include completing daily office operations, managing office supplies and equipment, and facilitating effective internal and external communication.

You will also be required to coordinate school and commercial visitation, from initial enquiries to greeting and coordinating their day on resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support across the resort.
  • Complete daily office operations, including maintaining office policies and procedures, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate effective internal and external communication by managing stakeholder correspondence, responding to emails and phone calls, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
  • Coordinate school and commercial visitation, from initial enquiries to greeting and coordinating their day on resort.
