Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out

A highly skilled project manager is required for a 2-month contract role in Canberra's CBD. The successful candidate will lead and supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of commercial retail builds.

  1. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail construction projects, with a strong focus on health and safety standards.
  2. They will be responsible for managing on-site logistics, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions, while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising site teams, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety standards
  • Managing on-site logistics
  • Effective communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager
  • Proven track record in managing retail construction projects
