About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Consultant. As a key member of our vibrant team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Communication: Handle inbound enquiries across various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  2. Issue Investigation: Investigate and resolve transaction issues with a high level of empathy, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  3. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure excellence in quality and productivity, driving continuous improvement in our services.
  4. Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to follow up with current and potential customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of changes in legislation and banking operations, ensuring our services remain compliant and up-to-date.
  6. Professional Development: Engage in staff training and development activities as required, enhancing your skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
About You
  1. Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Previous contact centre or finance experience is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of banking operations and regulations.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and software.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate, problem-solve, and follow up on queries effectively, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Career Ambition: Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the banking industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
