Your Responsibilities
- Board and Committee Assistance: Aid in the preparation, coordination, and distribution of Board and Committee documents, reports, presentations, minutes, and forms. Support the Company Secretary in managing company registers and compliance notifications.
- Reporting and Compliance Management: Oversee and fulfill reporting obligations across various governance levels, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Monitor adherence to governance standards and assist in tracking and completing tasks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, executive managers, and department heads, to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on governance issues and deadlines.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Governance & Legal team, including document management, meeting coordination, and financial reconciliations. Ensure all outputs meet Marinus Link's standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting company secretarial functions, particularly in regulated environments. Experience in project settings is advantageous.
- Educational Background: Qualifications in business administration or a related discipline. Governance certifications are beneficial.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong capability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and effectively manage conflicts.
- Adaptability: Resilient and proactive in navigating regulatory changes and business dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong report writing and editing skills.
- Integrity: Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
