Job Title: Enrolled Nurses & Certified Community Support Workers

We provide in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia, allowing people to live independently.

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses and Community Support Workers to join our team, offering both casual and part-time positions. This allows individuals to enjoy a flexible work-life balance while supporting people in their community.

The role involves various duties:

  • Shift work and weekend availability
  • Personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Domestic services, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Social support, social activities, shopping/groceries, and traveling to medical appointments
  • Supporting customers with aids and personal equipment, like standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, manual handling, electric hoists, sliding sheets, hearing aids, and other physical aids
  • Supporting participants within our Supported Independent Living Home
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
  • Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
  • Proof of Vaccination (where relevant)
  • A current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
  • A smartphone with internet access
  • Certificate HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication (desirable)
