Business Analysis Expert

This role is responsible for leading analysis and shaping business solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in business process design, requirements elicitation, and solution scoping.

They will be able to work with APIs, system interactions, and data flows, and be proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis for cross-functional initiatives, identifying business problems and opportunities across people, process, and technology dimensions.
  • Document and refine business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and pain points to inform enterprise design and transformation planning.
  • Facilitate current state assessments, future state design, and gap analysis across business domains.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies or duplication, and design improved, scalable ways of working.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Typically 7+ years' experience in business analysis roles, including significant involvement in enterprise-wide or cross-functional programs where you've shaped and delivered high-impact outcomes.
  • Strong experience in business process design, requirements elicitation, and solution scoping.
  • Experience working on complex, integrated solutions involving internal systems, ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle), HRIS (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors), and third-party integrations.
