Job Title: Wall And Floor Tiler

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for examining plans, measuring and marking surfaces, and laying out work. They will also prepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces.

Using tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles needed for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes, the candidate will grout tiles, and clean and remove excess grout. They may lay floors of granolithic, terrazzo, cement, or similar composition, and attach tiles to various surfaces using numerous adhesives.

Ensuring tiles are correctly aligned and spaced, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be trustworthy and reliable, and possess a driver's license and their own equipment/transport vehicle.
