Job Description:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily service operations across our premium restaurant and bar. You will lead by example, mentoring and motivating the team to deliver warm, polished service that reflects the essence of excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team to foster a positive work environment
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, anticipating needs and going above expectations
  • Uphold high standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail expertise
  • Train staff in service techniques, guest engagement, and product understanding
  • Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and safety protocols
  • Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards throughout the venue
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining venue. You should have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role
