Job Title: Service Coordinator/Planner
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating field technicians, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:- First Point of Contact for incoming calls from customers and technicians
- Assignment of service jobs to field technicians
- Routinely assessing daily schedules to ensure urgent jobs are prioritized
- Scheduling technicians' workload, including planned maintenance, quoted works, on-call rosters, and emergency breakdowns
- Liaising with customers regarding expected installation timeframes
- Archiving and documenting management, ensuring records are accurate
- Generating purchase orders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with using simPRO or similar software
- Technical understanding of automatic door industry
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $38.00 per hour. The position involves working an 8-hour shift with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
