About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to join our team at Dormakaba. As a Field Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling team to coordinate Service Technicians and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement Service strategies for the area, aligning with the National Service strategy.
  • Work closely with the Training & Assessment team to create and update a team skills matrix, focusing on continuous coaching and development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of field activity by the field team.
  • Manage escalations and drive solutions that benefit our brand and customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in managing a service-oriented team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and retail market is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to think critically and thrive in a fast-paced, pressured environment with a focus on client management and employee engagement.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability and desire to mentor, coach, and engage your team.
