Job Description

As a Packing Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for overseeing, planning, and coordinating all operational activities for your department. This will involve:

  • High-level people management, including 3 direct reports and 20 indirect reports
  • Resource allocation, including people (rostering) and stock (inventory and stock management through SAP)
  • Ensuring customer orders are prepared for shipment on time
  • Attending internal meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Driving a strong safety culture and adhering to strict GMP requirements
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a strong leader with experience in production or packing environments within the food, FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other GMP industries. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong SAP experience, ideally with inventory and order fulfillment functions
  • An open mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience with Lean 6/Kaizen/CI training or exposure
  • A strong safety mindset and a commitment to compliance
  • Internal auditing experience and a keen eye for detail
